Jurkovic v Hubbard was a successful claim for medical negligence against a chiropractor, before the NSW District Court.

The patient asserted that the chiropractor did not take a medical history from her before performing treatments for neck and shoulder pain.

The court found that the manner of treatment was not appropriate as a chiropractic procedure and that no adequate history had been obtained.

A verdict was entered for the claimant, for non economic loss and treatment expenses.
