Insurance dispute: Retired dentist

Guild Insurance Limited v Hepburn [2014] NSWCA 400 saw the court dismiss the insurer’s appeal against an order by a primary judge, granting leave to join an insurer as a second defendant to a claim against a dentist by a patient alleging trespass, assault and negligence.
