Court declines to make orders re coronial inquest

Perhaps of limited use, but in Tanious v Dedousis (No 3) [2016] NSWSC 339 the Court declined to make orders at the request of a self-represented litigant, directing the NSW Coroner to investigate the death of the plaintiff’s father as the consequence of alleged criminal conduct in the context of health care (at [40]).
