Arnold v Matsias [2017] NSWSC 173 was an interlocutory decision against the background of a claim against a physiotherapist in which the patient alleged that he suffered significant injuries as a consequence of the left vertebral artery dissection and cerebellar stroke.

The interlocutory decision concerned some disputed interrogatories,  which the court ruled on individually.
